Principles
A principle has to be earned.
Not proposed, not believed, not borrowed from someone who said it well. Earned by an observation that argued it in public and survived. Three have. The rest are still under examination, and they are listed as such.
Earned
Each one carries the reference of the observation that earned it.
Under examination
No reference, no link, and no page. Nothing has argued them yet. Some will earn their argument. Some will not survive one.
Why the split is visible
Eight of these could be written up in a week and the page would look finished. It would also be a list of things nobody had argued for, which is what most principle pages are.
So the examining list stays plain. No reference, no link, nothing to click. It is a record of what is being worked on, not a claim that the work is done.
Which principle does your organisation state, and which one does it actually run on?
